Aim: Walk at a brisk pace for 30 minutes

How to Use This Plan

Your brisk walk should feel easy and you shouldn't be aware of your breathing as you walk. If you feel breathy and can't say a whole sentence comfortably, then slow the pace. Choose your starting point — for example, if you can already manage a fifteen minute brisk walk, start at Week 3. Click any workout to mark it complete!
